Current TSW status

This page provides up-to-date information on whether any issues are affecting TSW and provides dates and times for planned maintenance outages.

Wednesday 10 July from 2.30am to 3.45am System maintenance TSW Online will not be available for the duration of the maintenance period. The TSW system-to-system Gateway will be available, however, responses will be delayed until the end of the maintenance period.
Tentative date of 5 August, time TBC System maintenance TSW Online will not be available for the duration of the maintenance period. The TSW system-to-system Gateway will be available, however, responses will be delayed until the end of the maintenance period.
Tentative date of 10 and 11 August, time TBC Network maintenance TSW Online will be available, however, there may be periods of slowness while navigating through the menus. You may experience short dealys in receiving responses to lodgements submitted via the TSW system-to-system Gateway.
Tentative date of 12 August, time TBC System maintenance TSW Online will not be available for the duration of the maintenance period. The TSW system-to-system Gateway will be available, however, responses will be delayed until the end of the maintenance period.

Changes to TSW

What’s new, improvements and fixes to Trade Single Window which may impact you.

Date and time: 7 July 2am - 4am Area impacted: TSW - B2B
Reason for change: Missing mandatory data stopped lodgements processing efficiently. What you might notice: We have changed lodgement processing to reject the lodgement if mandatory data is missing. If your lodgement is missing an invoice identifier, supplier details or mandatory goods item information then your lodgement will be rejected. You'll need to update the lodgement with the missing information and resubmit.

Reason for change: Information tables were confusing for users and involved too much scrolling up and down. What you might notice: Information tables refer to where lists of related information are gathered. An example of this is the container section, where each container requires several pieces of information (container number, status, type, quarantine declaration), and there might be more than one container that needs reporting.  
We’ve changed the style of these information tables so it is easier to complete and edit, and you’re always moving from the top of the page down. It also reduces scrolling.
Date and time: 7 July 2am - 4am Area impacted: TSW Online - Lodgements
Reason for change: Override was located out of the flow of the lodgement and caused confusion. What you might notice: The override request function has moved to the summary page. If you select to override the lodgement, you will then have to provide a reason. We've also highlighted that a request for override will stop your lodgement for agency officer review, and documents need to be attached. 
Date and time: 7 July 2am - 4am Area impacted: Search for Suppliers
Reason for change: There is a change in supplier information available. What you might notice: To prevent any issues around private information, person supplier codes are no longer available in the Search for Supplier. If your organisation owns the person's registration you can continue to view and update. This has no impact on searching for organisations supplier codes.
