Unsafe Goods Notice: Hot Water Bottles

Trading Standards, a section of the Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment, has placed a notification in the New Zealand Gazette (see link below to webpage). It is titled Proposal to Incorporate Material by Reference (BS1970:2012 Hot Water Bottles Manufactured From Rubber and PVC – Specification) Notice 2015. It provides the opportunity to submit comments on the proposal to ADD BS1970:2012 to the unsafe goods notice for hot water bottles. The 2012 standard will be added by way of the creation of a NEW Unsafe Goods Notice. 

Any comments on the proposal should be emailed to tradingstandards@mbie.govt.nz
