Customs is launching its annual goods client survey for 2017. The survey helps us improve our service delivery and our customers’ experience at the border.
People who have had dealings with Customs within the last 12 months have been randomly selected to answer some questions on their experience of the service they have received from us. This may have included having internet purchases delivered from overseas, paying GST or duty on imported goods, moving personal effects in or out of the country, importing or exporting goods, or acting in a Customs declarant or broker role.
